These apartments were good as far as location to downtown Tempe, and ASU. As far as noise, you might as well have lived on the runway at Sky Harbor. There is an incredible amount of noise from the planes. My roommate got her bike stolen, and her boyfriend got his car stolen out of the apartment complex. Parking was o.k. when you could find your car. As far as the Maintenance, they were perfect. They came right away, and really tried to make it right the first time. All of the leasing staff were really helpful too. It was a nice complex, but between the construction across the steet, and the planes flying by every few minutes, it was not quite AT ALL
