Great apartment, bad neighborhood

The apartment itself is great. Rooms on opposite sides of the apartment, fair size kithen, living room and bathrooms. The complex is really small and real cute. As for the noise level, there are a few parties from time to time, which was never really a problem, and LOTS of planes passing by. You get used to it after a while... As an ASU student, I love living here. 10 minute bike to campus. The ONLY bad thing about the complex, in my opinion, is the neighborhood. I?m considering moving out of the complex for this reason, since i?m going to be having night classes this semester.
