Overhead plane and nearby freeway noise a nuisance.

Complex lies directly below flightpath of Phoenix International Airport a mile away.

Traffic noise from Loop 202 freeway, 1/2 mile away, is constant.

Through traffic during ASU/Phoenix Cardinal events heavy.

Poor neighborhood.

High car theft/burglary.
