the management here is very accomodating and the maintenance man is awesome.
Maintenance requests were always responded to quickly and done right.
It's only minutes to ASU, the 202, airport, Mill Ave., tempe town lake, etc.
Kitchens and bathrooms are okay but need upgrades, appliances are old.
It's a quiet complex other than frequent airplane noise from Sky Harbor airport.
My car was always safe but the neighborhood is a little bit questionable.
(wouldn't walk around after dark by myself)The only inconvenience is that there are no grocery stores nearby.
