I feel lucky to be living at Salado Springs.
The apartments are great, management is great, it's close to ASU and the price is excellent.
For being so close to ASU and having ASU students, it is VERY quiet compared to other friends' apartments I have been to around ASU.
The pool is great, always clean, the grounds are beautiful, always green and trimmed.
Maintenance is amazing - always fast and helpful.
The only real complaints I would have is the sound of airplanes flying over, but you get used to it.
Also, the surrounding neighbourhood is a little sketchy on one side BUT it is being fixed up quite nicely.
My roommate and I just signed another 12 month lease.
