The apartment I lived in here was great. You won't find a better deal in Tempe for a two bedroom, two bath with washer/dryer. The complex is well maintained and maintenance is a breeze, you put in a work order and it is completed within the day. They give you free air filters and change them any time you need. It is quiet and I feel very safe. The pool is never overly crowded like a lot of the other pools in the area. The staff is great. They have recycling which is great if you are into the green thing like I am. You get a covered parking spot and there are plenty of uncovered spots as well. I could go on and on about how much I love this place. If you are interested, apartment 273 is the best you can get, it is upstairs which is safer and near the pool, clean, and full of good karma! Seriously check it out, will be ready June 1, 2008.
Call the manager, Pam at 480-894-6001. You want #273, trust me on this. It's prime!
