I'm fairly certain that the front office writes some of these reviews. It's a shady front office, but everything else is okay. Pam and Michelle are b*tches behind your back. They're so gossipy about the tenants. I went in and while I was waiting for them I heard them talking mad ---- about some college girl tenants. It was unprofessional and I heard everything. That was ridiculous. The apartment itself is nice; however, the A.C. won't work in one of the bedrooms. They said that's just how it's built. It's pretty clean. I feel pretty safe, but I wouldn't walk around by myself too much at night. You won't get any of your security deposit back. I left that place spotless, had the carpets cleaned, etc. and got none of it back. They said they found a substantial amount of dust. That is not true because my apartment was cleaned completely. Apartments are average, but the office is full of cranky women.

Pam and Michelle are the best thing to happen to Salado Springs. Their predecessor was awful and I'm glad she is gone. I have lived at Salado Springs for 10 years and have never had a problem with anyone on the property or in the office. That office is far from "shady," believe me; what kind of person are YOU who has to listen to the entire conversation? Because the conversation didn't concern you, why would you care? You didn't know the situation OR the tenant they were referring to. You sound like an angry person who wouldn't be happy no matter where you live.

Thats funny, a response from office staff... You're petty, the man wrote an honest review. Don't like it? Stop gossiping and do your job. Thats the problem with so many apartments, the staff/office management always has this HUGE chip on their shoulders. Always abuse any little bit of power granted to them, always on some ulterior agendas of their own. No respect for actual residents WHAT SO EVER. You're here to CATER TO OUR NEEDS. YES, that sounds crazy but its your JOB.
