It's not a great place-you can find better for the rent.

Upsides - pool, nice grills, nice landscape, small, decent location, usually enough parking.

Downsides - creepy at night, rude front office, AC is terrible, REALLY high utility bills, AC doesn't get to bedrooms, cheap old carpet, RUDE maintenance, and the dryer barely dries.

I am not going to renew my lease once it's up.
