If you are looking for a place by ASU, well, there are other apartments to choose. I lived here for years and recently left because nothing was getting fixed. Additionally, the neighborhood is loud, especially with all the airplanes overhead. You have to withhold a conversation and wait for the planes to pass over. Parking is ok, but you have vehicles that don't have tags who take all the covered parking, so if it's 100 degrees, your car may be left outside in the heat. My car was broken into here, and a neighbor had their bike stolen. Also, I got barely any hot water to take a shower daily. The staff is friendly, but are seemingly two-faced and gossipy. It's expensive, in my opinion, for what you get. They look nice from the outside and have a washer/dryer but if something goes wrong, it takes forever to get fixed. I like apartments that are fair on rent prices, clean and moderately quiet. I wouldn't recommend living here if you have my taste.
