Salado Springs

 

My boyfriend lived at Salado Springs from July '05-Dec '07...I spent ALOT of time there with him.

The area was close to ASU and Mill Ave which was convienient.

However, the air circulation within the apartment was not very good.

The floorplan was ideal for a two bedroom to be shared by two people, however I lived in Scottsdale, in a very nice complex which had a gym, tennis courts, two pools with jacuzzi's, washer and dryer in the unit, and it was also near the freeway and they are charging almost $200 more a month more per month to rent which is really a joke.

Probably the worst thing to come of this apartment was that it didn't seem too bad, but it was creepy at night and was also right next to a shady neighborhood.

THE WORST thing that happend was that my boyfriends truck was not just broken into, it was completely STOLEN from the parking lot of this apartment complex...we were lucky to later recover it from a chop shop...he never complained about the office staff and had a good relationship with them...but overall for what they are charging I would not reccomend this place.

P.S.

the airplanes flying overhead are a major distraction, but you will get used to them afer a while.
