I've lived here for seven months. Let's start with the good:

Brand new everything, good insulation and nice pool area. It's pretty fun if you get to know people around this place. But not if you go to sleep before 3AM.

the bad:
Trash everywhere, always. Loud as all hell after the bars close at 2. The train and tracks are right by all the apartments in the North of the premesis (not by me). The staff makes errors all the time on paperwork. There was a problem with the front gate for over a month leaving people stranded outside in lines. There's a bunch of idiots with loud cheap mufflers on their civics and acuras. The girl that ends up in your apartment is probably going to ask you who you are the next day.
