Some good aspects...

everything is very new and the property is pretty nice.

However, this place is over rated.

Parking often a problem if you don't have a covered parking spot.

Very loud.

The office doesn't enforce rules about noise, trash, etc.

Expensive, but walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors all the time.

Snobby...

lots of rich kids.

Gets crazy on the weekends, most people that live here are students.

Basically, you dont get what you pay for...
