Well, I moved into the 2 bed/2 bath apartment in 2004 when the apartments were still being built and have had a really great experience overall. They are beautiful and i love the walk in closets and the nice cabinets and countertops. I am a girl and I feel very safe here-- especially since the community is gated and there is a security guard on duty every night. The management is very very nice, although I wish that they would notify me when I receive FedEx packages instead of just leaving them in the office for months at a time. Maintenence staff is very quick and thorough. The only thing that I really don't like is the noise factor. My bedroom faces another building and I am often kept up until 3 or 4 in the morning because my immature neighbors are partying on the patio across from my room. VERY annoying! However, if you call the 24 hour security number, they will issue a noise complaint and let the people know that they need to quiet down. I also don't like the excessive increases in rent. I started out paying around $1200 and now my rent is $1475!!!!!!! I'm sorry, but there is absolutely no reason why anyone should increase rent THAT much when the tenent has lived in the community for so long. Other than these things, it's a really great place to live as a college student! Hope this helped someone make a decision....
