I absolutely love it here. I'm an ASU student so it's nice to be close to ASU and be surrounded by other students. Management is awesome. Everyone is so nice and personable in the office...especially Jillian, Jessica, and Tori. Plus everytime you walk through the office there is always water and cookies!! Maintenance staff is great too. Even if all I need is an new AC fliter, they get it done the next day, if not the same day. My neighbors are the best. Everyone seems to look out for one another here. I've lived a few other places since I have been in Arizona and San Marbeya is by far my favorite. The pool is beautiful...and fun. So overall I would definitely recommend living at San Marbeya.
