Having Moved from San Melia another Ex-Mark taylor property in Ahwatukee, I have been extremely disappointed with this one.
Their exorbitant prices do not justify their management's discourteous behaviours, negligence toward's residents security, drunkard resident's disrespect towards neighbors.
Its hard to find parking especially during weekends.
Beer bottles lying everywhere welcomes you to this community during weekend (& otherwise too).
Students party all weekend shouting , playing music aloud yelling without the slightest consideration for their neighbors.
Very rare to find the only parking slot allocated to your apartment again thanks to your inconsiderate neighbors.
During hot days of the year cannot step near the pool , you can imagine why by this time.
Gym is cramped & you can feel people breathing next to you.
The equipments are outdated & squeak as if they have been picked from some flea market.
Supposed to be a gated community but the gates have been open for the last 3 weeks or more.
When the management is approached with concern about the security , got to hear a rude & inconsiderate reply that there are other residents in the community too apart from myself.
They have lost my package twice.
Just not the right place for people who want to live peacefully & don't expect any courteous behaviors from the management or consideration from any neighbors.
I would not definitely recommend this place to any one.
