unlike the previous reviews i currently live here at san marbeya and love it! i have never had a problem with any of the apartments around us being loud or any of the kids being loud at night. it is a quite nice and quiet area, of course there are kids out and around at night but i have never been disturbed by them. the pool is beautiful and the grounds are nicely kept. very social area or you can keep to your self. the cyber lounge or whatever is nice, its never full and you can always go there to study or get on the computer, the gym is small but very well kept. i would recommend this place to any college student! close to mill and asu its great. rent i think is a little high, but you get a nice secure place. they now actually have 24 hour security guards to keep the place more in control and to keep crazy college students out so don't worry about that! i would recommend this to anyone move now!!
