Nice Apartments ... HORRIBLE Amenities ... Useless Staff

I moved into San Marbeya three weeks ago.
I called two hours before I arrived to make sure everything was done and I would be able to sign the papers and get my keys. When I arrived, my file wasn't ready and the gentleman (-----) who was helping me acted like he didn't have a clue as to who I was or where I was moving into. After waiting ten minutes for him to get my folder, he realized none of the paperwork was ready and asked me if I could come back (mind you I just drove 14 hours and had a U-haul full of stuff). When I refused to come back, he offered to show me around the community while one of the other leasing consultants typed up my lease. Once my file was finalllly complete, he started to go through the lease and very unenthusiastically said "this is my fourth lease today, I'm so tired of doing these". I got the hint, read through the paperwork myself so he wouldn't have to "waste his time" and got my keys. Drove over to my apartment were someone was in my assigned spot, and to this day I have only been able to park in my spot maybe 8 times.
Great way to start off huh''
After I finally moved everything in, I went to use the "business center" that they boast so highly in the amenities. I will say that the facility is nice and the computers are brand new... however they don't have working internet! After three days of no internet in the business center, I finally went to the office to see what the problem was. The only response I got was "this is our busiest time of the year, and we have to prioritize"... I'm sorry, but having a community full of students starting school and not having internet is a huge priority. I called COX that day and got my internet hooked up (took them a day to come out)... I find it hard to believe that Marbeya was working with COX trying to get it fixed seeing how fast they were able to come out to my apartment. I went down there today and there is still NO internet (a week later).
The pool is nice, if you like beer pong being played in the pool and couples making out under the waterfalls. It has been closed twice already for "glass". The pool party was insane and the drinking was out of control. I like to have a good time, however when you have the staff from the office down at the party partying with residents it becomes unprofessional.
I'm going to end it here but I could keep going... the only other thing I think future residents should know is that they do not respect your privacy. I have had cable guys in my apartment twice trying to hook up my neighbor s apartment. They do not call ahead, instead you hear a huge bang bang bang on your door at 8 in the morning.
