San Marbeya

 

I have lived at San Marbeya for almost 4 years, and I have always loved it.

I have obviously met every person who has worked in the office the past 4 years, and everyone has always been perfectly nice and always helpful.

I don't know what in the world people are talking about when they complain about the staff.

Every time I have needed any kind of maintenance, they are always on top of it in a day, maybe 2 tops.

The grounds are kept up wonderfully, and I appreciate that the pool area is cleaned up after every party.

I am a college student, but a rather studious and busy one, so occasionally the rambunctious neighbors can be a little annoying, but it's really not bad and you have to accept it when living in a Tempe apartment complex.

The place is also very safe, they have security monitoring most nights, and the parking lot is well-lit and very visible from other apartments just about everywhere.

I have never even heard of anyone's car getting broken into.

I like the business center, and haven't had a problem with the internet or cox cable.

It's an easy place to live and I feel like the employees are very accommodating, and the tend to make my life a little easier.

I definitely feel like this place is worth the money, and I would recommend it to anyone, unless of course you're going to have a problem with people making noise on the weekends.

In which case, I recommend you get a house or don't live in Tempe at all.
