These are nice apartments with a big pool that is open 24 hours. Here is the problem. 95% of the people that use the pool are guys. Most of that 95% don't even live here.
It's so bad that they have security at the pool during the daytime on Saturdays and Sundays. That doesn't work either since security will let in anyone as long as you give a name and a apartment number of "someone" that lives here. It's not necessary that the "someone" actually be there with them.
Sorry frat boys if you think you are going to get laid by moving in here. It ain't happening unless you REALLY go Greek!

I agree with this comment. There are a lot of people coming from outside to use pool or party. I think management and security are aware of it but they are incompetent to take any action to prevent this. This apartment complex is like a party place for frat boys.

OK you guys need to check out San Marin....I live there now and next door to me is the hottest girls. There are a ton of girls that hang out at our pool 24-hours a day! The girl next to me is dating Jessica Simpsons ex and she is way hotter than Jessica! We are having a pool party this weekend...and you are all invited!
