This is a warning to all ASU students, family and parents of ASU students. This is the worst complex around Tempe, the staff are rude, unprofessional, and will try to rip you off in any way they can. If you are trying to get any studying accomplished or work beware that the complex has a large number of tweekers that stay up blasting music, fighting and drinking until 7 or 8 AM on a daily basis. I personally know 2 girls whose apartments were broken into and sexually assaulted while I lived there. This is not a place to live.

I'm not to sure I agree on this one. Yes their is parties and it can get loud sometimes but its not as bad as you make it. I've lived here for 3 years and if i didn't feel safe I would of left along time ago. There are no tweekers, this place is too expensive to have those type of people living here. As I said I??ve been here for 3 years and I pretty much know everyone here. I have heard of a break in but that can happen anywhere you are but I have never heard of a sexually assault. The staff is not rude, they nice and I have never had a problem with any off them. I like living here and would recommend it to anyone. This person seems to be really bitter and probably didn??t get their way with something and just wants to complain
