This summer has been awesome... Pool parties, the staff is always friendly and helpful, volleyball tournaments all the time, college kids to study with and hang out with, sushi restaurant right across the street!!!

I woke up yesterday and they had coffee and donuts right outside my apartment at the pool :) It's a $10 taxi ride from Mill Ave. or you can always ride your bike! I can see myself living here even after I graduate from ASU because I like it so much.

Marbeya is perfectly located near CVS, Blockbuster, Native New Yorker, Ted's Hot Dogs, Tempe Paintball, Tempe Marketplace...the list goes on! Everyone I have met here, staff and residents, has been so nice to me, I love them all :)
