quiet, well maintained

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
San Palmilla is the first true apt complex I've lived in...previously having rented houses and townhouses. I've been overall happy with the experience. Noise has not been a problem, though you can hear footsteps in the apt above. They have a decent workout/fitness facility and a couple of pools (one heated), and a few other nice small perks (concierge service, water service @ 25 cents/gallon, volleyball court). Apts come w/ washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. Garage was an extra $50 per month
Summary: apartment living hear has not been a step back in quality of living.
