This community is NOT a good choice for anyone over the age of 19/20. The college students renting here have turned this place into an overpriced dorm basically. I am a teacher and would like to warn working professional not to rent here. You will never get sleep during Thur-Sun nights, and during the nights before college days off. The quiet hours are not reinforced and loud parties off balconies and in the pool area with underage drinking are common. The leasing office claims to have late night security but when you call they never come, so you end up going sleepless or forming a bond with the Tempe police operator b/c of how many calls you have to make for girls screaming outside and music blaring. I am constantly fighting to get a simple good night sleep here and want to prevent any other working professionals from having to wake up at 1am and even 4am to call police for noise violations during the weeknight.
College students: great choice for you if your parents have money. You can drink openly outside regardless of your age and security is a myth. This a luxury dorm living for all you ASU students! I just wish San Palmilla would take the luxury apartment sign off and replace it with luxury college dorms. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
