I really liked it here. It was safe and quiet and parking was never a problem. The grounds and pool were taken care of and maintenance was quick to respond. These apartments aren't exactly cheap but I think you get your money's worth here. The apartments are spacious and well-insulated. I never heard my neighbors. It's clear that the Mark Taylor properties are better quality than many places throughout the valley.
I was surprised to see all the unfavorable reviews of this place but I know people can have very different experiences depending on neighbors, building location, etc.
