Bad Management, So many parties

I lived here for a year. The leasing office staff are extremely nice at the time of signing the lease, afterwards they are so and so. They charge for everything (trash, water, administration fees, etc) so you end up paying much more than your rent. They raise the rate every year. When you leave you have to pay for cleaning the carpet, when you move-in you are charged more if your carpet is new !!!! so they take money twice. They are not accurate with their billing, they sent me so many false bills. So you have to check after them. Many students live there so PARTIES are everywhere. Pets made this place even worse.
