Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I was embarrassed to call this my home.

My apartment was always HOT in the winter
(over 90) - without the heater.

Brown dust blows from A/C

Poorly maintained. It took over 2 years
to cut down dead overgrown tree from walkways.

Stairs have railings that are coming down.

Some areas of complex have poor telco service, management will not repair telco
lines.
