This is the worst place I have ever rented in my life. Since the first month I have rented here I have had nothing but bad experiences. I had my water shut off for some "maintenance problem". I have had my car broken into my stereo stolen right in front of my apartment. They have security that runs around here at night, but is he just sleeping in his car' Probably, that has to be why 6 other cars in the same parking area were broken into within 3 consecutive days. If you need your carpets cleaned because of the maintence walking all over your carpets after it has rained, not to fret they will send a "Professional" carpet cleaning person to your apartment to clean it all up with a little shop vac. And leave you with the fresh sent of Lysol for you to enjoy. I have been infested with potato bugs, ants, and one huge cockroach, during winter. I'm guessing that this is due to the doors on the apartment; they don't fit the doorway so you have a nice size crack that lets all the bugs and rain inside. As far as having free utilities, you would probably save more money having to pay for your utilities than having to deal with your air vents dripping with water, having water leaking into your cabinets destroying the food that is in your pantry. It?s not worth living in such a small space having a gas stove. The luxury of having 3 pools, well when its nice to go swimming out you'll probably have to go elsewhere to swim in a pool that is sanitary, which is why these pools are often closed due to the all the chemicals they have to treat it with every week. The tennis courts are more to look at since it would not be as much fun to play on a court that has not ever had a net. And last but not the least bit intelligent, the staff, please when you one of them a question, be sure to ask all of them so you have a wide variety of different answers to choose from.
