What a dump

Ohh man what can i say' I stayed here for 13 months, and i had nothin but garbage. These thick walls and you can hear the kids running around. When i moved in, things were broken. one advantage is that when u place a work order if they don't respond timely they take it off your next rent payment, so i hardly ever paid my full rent (not like it was expensive anyways). Def. a dump unless you need a real cheap place, and don't mind nothin workin.
