I admit when we moved in we knew that the price had to mean something. We moved from out of state and had only a few days to pick a place. They showed us a place, ran our credit, and had us sign the lease all within 24 hours. The staff were awesome until after we moved in then they didnt want to help us anymore. We just didnt know that the apt itself would be this crappy.
The Grounds are not Pretty or Well Kept. There was always glass in the parking lots, one of the two pools was never nice, the "fitness room" was a joke and didnt work, and the tennis courts were CRAP.
We had a TERRIBLE roach problem for a good two months before the pest people were able to tackle it. The apartment itself is OLD AND FALLING APART. The staff were VERY unproffesional and unorganized. Every person we asked told us something different when we had a question. With the exception of a few staff many of them could care less that you were living there and came off very rude. I NEVER felt at home here.. just not a comfortable place to live. Spend a little more and get a LOT more. Id say the good things are Lots of parking and good Maintenance guys.
