Recently, we were looking for apartments in our relocation process from Iowa to Phoenix. We stumbled accross what seemed to be nice apartments and wanted to take a look at them. We were rudely greeted by a staff of four leaving for lunch...at 1:45 pm! They told us to come back in an hour - excuse me, we had just been driving for days and now we have to wait why all four of you go to lunch' That is totally unnecessary. Haven't you heard of lunch shifts' We then came back the next day - same problem, at least this time it was 1:00, that is somewhat resonable. Learn some manners!
