The review dated 1/5 must work for AIMCO. It's interesting you choose to attack those with views that don't agree with you with personal insults than actual facts. Safe' Vandilasim occurs on a reagular basis. Effictive service workers' You must not have lived in the half of the complex that went w/o water and/or no hot water for over a week at the begining of December because they didn't have a clue. Or the buildings that went days with no working plumbing because they couldn't solve the problem between 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. Paint and a resurfaced parking lot doesn't fix living as if in a 3rd world country. Friendly office staff' That's hilarious. They must have never lost your money, your paper work, your service requests and blamed it on you or blatently informed you that keeping track of these things are not their job. Just wait you will get a clue when they soon screw you over too.

As stated before its interesting that you choose to make personal attacks rather than actual examples. It is a poor way to make your point. A week for a part to fix the water? That's realistic and illegal according to the housing board and only one example of several. Count yourself as lucky because you are not in the majority.

Tell me, if you owned a home and you had plumbing problems that took 4 days to fix, would you call and complain to the bank that holds your lien on the home and demand a break on your house payment? The bank would laugh at you. And why weren???t you prepared for the plumbing problems and have the specific parts on hand? Probably because you didn???t anticipate the problem. So why would you hold your rentor to higher standards than you would yourself? You see ??? it???s all about being realistic and not expecting handouts whenever you have a minor inconvenience. It is not illegal if your landlord is addressing the problem ??? it IS illegal if the landlord is ignoring the problem. Check that out with your ???housing board???. Mightbeme (post below): yikesyikes2222 was the poster's name. I really doubt the manager would go online and bad-mouth her own complex. By the way: The comment on 1-5 was mine and I updated it to fix a mis-spelled word. It defaults to the day you update it. So that would show that the comment was not deleted but was updated. Anyone can delete their own comments ??? not just the manager. Look into things before you make your claims. Oh - and nice racist "little Mexico" comment there |

By the way "Yikes??? Is Melissa???s (The community Manager) favorite word!!!! I think it is pretty sad that she would spend her free time posting positive comments about her poor MANAGED property. What else is funny is that she is the only one who has the power to delete postings on this site... That might be why that posting is no longer on the board. By the way YikesYikes2222 nice paint job on the property. It looks like little Mexico. All I have to say is YIKES!!!!!!!

To be fair I have lived on Aimco properties for over 6 year at different sites. I must say though that the service and the total disrespect that is shown towards the tenants at this site is below poor. Painting the site did not improve the quality of living conditions the tenants have to face on a daily bases. And if Yikesyikes2222 is Melissa you should be ashamed of yourself. I have dealt with you personaly and there have been many occasions when my service orders mysteriously disapeared or I was blamed for something that should be a normal preventative routine for most complexes. I am sure Aimco is throwing a party that you all are no longer with them. I know I would.
