Over the years, this community has declined. The buildings are old and there are chronic maintenance/repair issues. Plus, there are far too few maintenance employees to meet the needs of the community. This opinion is shared among the maintenance staff. The management office has exhibited a lack of concern for major problems related to plumbing, A/C, hot water availability, etc. If they were genuinely concerned about the quality of life issues, they would not "lose" and/or botch so many repair requests, fail to communicate with one another and/or the tenants when large problems arise, etc. The manager can usually be counted on to spout the party line, frequently deflecting responsibility and/or making excuses for the disorganization, incompetence and occasional rudeness of the staff she hires and supervises. Would seem there is a lack of training and communication. There have been some recent improvements, but these are mostly cosmetic. I think most tenants are reasonable, have reasonable expectations. I have witnessed very unreasonable tenants being rude to the office staff, but most tenants are just wanting serious issues resolved. There are a few shining lights in the management office, just not as many as there once was. I wish there was more emphasis on service/human decency and less emphasis on the bottom line...sales, sales, sales. These are just personal reflections and opinions, I m sure others have had better luck. Years ago I recommended this apartment community to many people. I can unfortunately no longer do so. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
