With all the prices of rent going up in the Phoenix area this place is relatively affordable. These apartments are by no means new but they are sturdy and quiet. I never hear the neighbors next to or above me as I could in the last place I lived which was very new. They don't build them like they used to. I asked for my cabinets to be replaced as they are old and wearing out. The office told me that all the cabinets were going to be replaced starting this year which will be fine with me. I like the area and it's close to the 101 and 202 highways. My neighbors are nice and it looks like the company (AIMCO) is putting money into this property. I haven't had anything break in my apartment. I had no water for one day due to a pipe breaking on the property but it was fixed the same day. No big deal.
I recommend these apartments for the price you pay.
