I have lived at this complex for over a year now and I am very happy here. The parking lot is huge, and most of the spots are covered and the lot is well lit at night. There is no assigned parking which is really nice. I never hear my neighbors, and I live on the 1st floor. I was told they sunk a lot of money into the place, and it shows. I have toured many communities around the area, and the quality of the apartments here is far above all others. (I looked for 2 weeks). Maintenance is always on the ball. I have never had a request not handled in a timely manner. The office staff is very friendly. The office is opened longer than any other complex I have been too. The fitness center is so nice that I do not have to pay for a gym memebership. I will say their late fee is a little high, but I signed the contract, and have never been late again. I will also say that they did have a problem with some freak stealing womens underwear but he was caught, and what do you expect with an open community/24 hr laundry roon in a big city!!!! You will have an occassional freak. All in all I would say this a great community that will well taken care of.

It's great that they are actually fixing things that should have never been an issue. A new paint job makes this place look great but it does not change the unprofessional service in the office. E.G. I sign a lease and the girl is yapping about some personal joke with a leasing agent who was trying to help me. Could they do that elsewhere? Yes!
The price has increased to the point where it is not worth it. You could find a newer development/safer community in Old Scottsdale for the same they charge for a 850Sq.Ft. "2" bedroom 1960's apartment. The pricing is way off. I hope the management (not so much leasing agent quality) continues/This place has a turn around like a fast food joint. By the way, my spokes (center caps) were 'missing' when I walked to my car one morning. They could have better lighting at night added security considering.

I couldn't agree anymore with whoever posted this comment. I was shocked to see how much better it was to actually see this complex wasn't as bad as people said it was. I lived there for a year and never once had my car broken into, or any other bad experience happen. If people are going to complain about thier cars getting towed because, their tags aren't up to date is that the complex's fault? NO!!! I honestly think if you walk into that office demanding the world and you get crappy service..YOU DESERVE IT!! There is no reason why anyone needs to yell and demand things from anyone! I never had a problem with the staffing. They were all so sweet and very helpful. So, in otherwords if your looking for a good, safe, and quiet place to live this is the place!

I have to laugh...I feel that for the most part, this is a great place to call home! Yes, I have had my share of difficulties with the office staff, however, the maintenance team is GREAT!!! Whenever I have had any problem, whether it was a minor repair or a "no water" issue, it was taken care of promptly, professionally and courteously.
Yes there have been issues during the remodelling phase like no water or electric but those you can not really blame on the maintenance or the office. That blame falls on the contractors hired to do the remodel. THEY are the ones who shut your water/electric off, not maintenance. Please get your facts straight b4 you falsely accuse others for things they are not responsible for!
