Avoid like the plague! Worst apartments in the Tempe.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I have lived in four different apartment complexes in the phoenix in the last 10 years. This one is BY FAR the WORST. It's like haven for illegal --------. If you are a college student, or have any dignity, do not move here. Even the office staff hardly speaks English, and the ones that do are like sleezy car salesmen. They do nothing to make the place safe. They recently upgraded the pool, but the actual apartments are falling apart! I will be thankfully ending my lease this month. I feel so sorry for anybody that has signed a lease with this place. I, like all the others had stuff stolen from my car and problems with leaks and a broken heater.
