My old apartment resembled the reviews that I have read on here. I have been at gateway for almost a year and really love it. With the economy the way it is I was looking on this site to see if I might find some amazing deal. Well...I actually am getting a better price and product by staying where I am. Yes the property has been in the process of renovating...I was actually able to move into one of the brand new units after about 5 months here. It's beatiful, new appliances, new floors and new walls even. They gym is great (all new equipment and tv's in there) changing apartments was no hassle either. The office staff was very helpful and knowledgable. I am going to sign another year long lease with them tomorrow. I have recomended this property to several friends who either now live here or are in the process of moving here.
