A few facts.
I lived in two separate apartments here over three years.
Negatives:
-Both apartments had hot water problems from time to time.
-I have had 4 tires replaced because of nails in the parking lots.
-The pool heater breaks every winter.
-I go away on business trips, when I returned my car windows had stickers
that my car will be towed because the car was disabled. ( The tires were flat for two days while I was away on business )
-After fixing a broken pipe they left a whole in my wall.
-The online billing is a little funky.
Positives:
-Broken pipe, they fixed it the next day.
-The staff is helpful and friendly.
-Laundry is cheap and utilities are cheap
All in all its not a bad place. but then again i lived in Newark NJ and Williamsburg Brooklyn. Everywhere appears to be better than back in the North East. People write reviews about problems with their neighbors usually stemming from a complaint about their dog. If you let your dog bark, you should have problems because you are a problem. But hey, they allow pets and I could move out if I don t like it.
