I think a lot of these reviews are from people who like to whine. I came and read them after I signed my lease and I was terrified to move in. Well I moved in a couple of days ago, and all I see is a nice apartment. The water pressure is fine, I had hot water. My light in my room wasn't working, they sent maintenence out in like 10 minutes so he could switch the bulb.
The parking lot is well lit at night, and the grounds are nice. I know I just moved in, but I really like it here so far. I haven't heard any construction...I hear a leaf blower right now but it is 12 in the afternoon so who cares.
I just moved out of an older apartment where i was paying 800 a month, and now i live here in this nice remodeled 2 bedroom paying 780 a month.

Well give it some time - within 6 months you'll understand (and sympathize with) why there are so many negative reviews.

frennyhere- did you live on the side of the complex where the outside is all remodeled?? We have our own air conditioning system where i can control how cool it gets in the apartment, cause i live on the side where it looks all ghetto still on the outside haha, but i hope nothing goes wrong with it. As for the panty thief thats scary lol but I did come from Mesa where the people are 10 times worse there

pss the panty thief was only in the laundry facilities which don't need keys.

I'm not talking about the perv who was hanging around the laundry centers or taking panties from the machines, I am talking about a former tenant who had lingerie taken from her dresser drawer in her bedroom. That indeed required keys as there was no sign of a break in. I shared that story as safety is a concern, especially for women who live alone. In this particular case, the tenant moved out because she suspected it was either a staff member or a contracted worker with access to keys who invaded her privacy. She felt unsafe. I am merely presenting the facts, if a reader chooses not to believe comments posted here, so be it.
