I currently live here and have not had any problems whatsoever with the office, parking, maintenance or neighbors. The grounds are pretty much always spotless (hard to come by in a college town), they repaved the parking lots and did a good job at renovating what used to be Foxtree. My rent is a freaking bargain compared to the DOZENS of other places I toured in Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix. I have never had a bug problem and I have never heard a peep out of my entire building. I read the other reviews and I wouldn't put much thought into their remarks. It sounds like they were just immature and looking for a handout. I recommend this place to my friends and younger siblings who are students looking for inexpensive but enjoyable apartments :)

" It sounds like they were just immature and looking for a handout." Really...I am everything but immature and I still got screwed over by the management. I paid every month's rent on time and never was a problem living there. I am so glad that I was "responsible" enough to keep records of all my documents that the office gave to me while I was living there otherwise I would be out of a lot of money that I did not owe. Yes, everything was great while living there, it is just the move out! So please keep all of us updated for when you move out and you'll see that we are not immature and looking for a handout!

Inexpensive? seriously? $1,000 per month for a two bedroom apartment is a bargain? Students can afford that? Are you a staff member at Scottsdale Gateway?

nope. $1000 for a 2 bedroom??? thats $500 a month for a student. Get a grip on reality, go look for a 2bed at any other apartment complex in the scottsdale 202 area, you won't find one for less believe me i'm a student paying for my own stuff. I pay under $675 a month for a one bedroom... with utilities included. SERIOUSLY
