I lived their last year (for 9month). We got a newly remodeled apartment and had some trouble with mold. It turned out they sealed the gaps to the bath tub to early. They fixed it quickly and (to my view) professionally.
Living next (meaning next, I mean 9 feet close) to Scottsdale Rd sucked. So get a place inside the community ...

It's not gated, so expect that occasionally some dudes run around that shouldn't run around (apparently there was a guy stealing women's underwear ... ).

In the summer the AC had a hard time cooling it down, but that might be better with units that lie between other apartments ...

The stuff, well, ok, describes it. Always friendly but not always doing what they promised ...
