The a/c doesn't work even when they say that it's on.
They don't fix anything right and when they actually try to they do damage to other things--like staining the carpet.
They enter apartments without permission.
They lie!
They're rude!
They only keep up the front section of apartment complex, when they keep anything up at all.
They don't water the plants and the gardening sucks.
Laundry room is disgusting and half of the machines don't work.
