I thought it was a fairly nice place to start off. We were on a special so the rent wasn't bad. I agree the new management gets on my nerves. The office is getting hooked up penthouse-style while our bath tub stays clogged up. The heat gets suffocatingly hot and has not been fixed since we moved in. Other than that and the raised rent it is a nice place.
