New Owners wrecking complex

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
There are new owners at Parktree (soon to be renamed Sierra Park). They spend more money on redecorating the managers office and fancy signs than maintaining the apt's or dealing with rowdy tenants. They had a HUGE water leak for about 6 mos and did nothing about it--it flooded one of the apartments & created a mosquito colony! And they keep raising rent "fair market value" so they say.
