i lived there for 1 and a hlaf years and it was an awful experience. The neighborhood is extremly unsafe. There is always something going on. it takes the maitnance not days but weeks to come and fix my stofe/ dishwasher/ AC, and next day they broke down again. Water leaks are common in the apartement. Dont move there. And if you park your car there, dont be suprised when its all scratched up or it got broken into!!! And dont freak out if you get threatened by the neighboors.
