This place isn't so bad. But they do lie. I found this place online, the floor plan they showed is completely wrong. Unless twin beds are 24" wide. My car was broken into 3 weeks after i moved in, but the cops were here in minutes and caught the kid within a few more. It has the appearance of a seedy motel, and its residents fit the part well. The decking that runs the length of the building is dangerous, wobling and rusty. I have found empty 40's in the pool a few times.
Though most people are friendly, and i often see police patroling the parking lots. It is very quiet here at night, except for planes and grounds people with leaf blowers at 8am. I have had a few parties and no one ever complained. The size of the apartment keeps them small though. Make sure you take a look at what you are getting. I'm not staying next year, but it could be worse
