Be careful of leaking roofs!

I have lived here 5 months and this is not a great place to live. Even though Tempe is in a desert, it does rain occassionally here and when it does, the upper floor apartments leaks! Be careful of renting an upper level apartment during summer months!
Except the Manager, the office staff is courteous. However, for the price you pay, Sierra Vista is not worth it.
