I am writing this review to chronicle impartially one persons experience living at these apartments. My hope is to encourage the management to continue to be responsive to renters needs. My intention is to be fair and informative. This will be a series of review presented on a nearly quarterly basis.

I noticed that this site was not very useful for reading impartial information. Most of the reviews seem only to be flaming rants as no one seems to take the time write these prior to there being any problems. I intend to fill that gap with these reviews.

So far things have gone fairly well living here. The management seems generally courteous though one of the staff members could work on their customer service. She was a bit parochial when explaining what happens when rent is late. The apartment was clean except for the tops of cabinets and shelves (cleaning staff needs step ladders). All plumbing, electrical and appliances were in working order. In fact the water pressure has been the best of any place I have ever lived and the hot water seems infinite in my unit. During the move in process, the head manager of the complex mentioned casually that "maybe" she might upgrade my dinged up kitchen sink with a new stainless steel sink. She was quick to mention no promises on this idea but I still hope it was not an idle comment meant just to massage me into signing the lease.

Only negatives so far: In the first week, I was visited by police and a shady character with a full "grill" decorating his mouth. Both were looking for the previous tenant. I can't blame the management for this, but it did make me want to upgrade the security on my unit. I did suffer an invasion of ants that I had to bomb. Nothing negative I can really pin on the property, but I have so find something to comment on.

Overall I look forward to living here this first year.
