I went to Sierra Vista feel in love with the place. However, the apartments are very old, but the landscaping was well kept and the staff seem kind. One full week after I turn in my app and I never got a decision. So I called them. I was informed that they were waiting for my rental history from my current apartements and would call back later that day. Well that happen three times. One day someone left a message without their name or my name only that they we're from Sierra Vista on my supervisor voicemail and they needed employment verification. My supervisor called and was placed on hold then later was told "Whoever called you is busy and will call you back". Again no one ever called my supervisor or myself back . So I of course gave up and found another apartment. Later (two weeks after I initially turned in the application) I remember that I gave a $50.00 holding fee, so I called and requested for it to be returned. Instead of being professional they lied and said someone did called me and I just never respond back and when that excuse didn't work, they said I only have 72 hours to cancel. Which is true. An Applicant have 72 hours after you ahve been aproved to cancel. However taht didn't apply to me since I never contacted. Finally I went to their office later that same day and long and behold my holding fee was right there waiting for me. They apologized, but too little too late. Obviously they are in no need of a good person's business, so DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!
