My husband who works on the property busts his ass every single day to try and make life better for the tennents who talk to him like shi#, half the time and throw their trash in the laundry room and break the washing machines and throw their trash all over the parking lot and have no consideration for the tennents who do like to live a peaceful life there. The Apartments get trashed by people who don't care how they live. If I was the owner I would do extensive backround checks and half the morans would not be there I have been there for two years and I am quite happy my apt is clean.

your husband choose to work for this low-life employer and what you list are his job duties....if you or he have your complaints find work else where. and what about the people who do care how they live and have to live in sh#tty appts. due to maintenance not coming and doing their jobs...mold is growing out of my ceiling and i have no ceiling in my bathroom. its been a while and has maintenace came.......no......extensive background checks would be great but half the maintenance dept would be fired, and how professional is it to send rude people in your appt who cant even speak english and try and run off without telling you what is going on and they never come back to fix it for several months.... you said it all to clear your husband is on staff and yes staff get treated special. talk about fair housing........
