I have lived at Sierra Vista 2 for almost 3 years and I used to be in the apartment managing business. This place is affordable with a great location and some of these opinions are outlandish. The maintenance and office staff have always been very friendly and accomidating to myself and a number of my neighbors I've talked to. I laughed a little when I read some of these opinions because they were so grossly exaggerated. For instance, the one about no electric for days, no toilet for 2 months and 10 lbs of dust in the AC filter. First off, the apartments have breakers so give them a try, once my toilet wasn't working (after business hours) and I had a service man there within 15 minutes and the AC filters are disposable, you get a new one from the office every time you pay rent (if you have any common sense). It's not the Palace hotel but it's been good to me and I have no intentions of leaving. As far as noise and crime, this place is no worse than any other place in Tempe. Be realistic, if you live in a city these things happen EVERYWHERE. You should all quit whining and move back home with mom and dad!
